Job Title: Hair Color Bar Manager

Join Madison Reed Hair Color Bar as a Hair Color Bar Manager and take the first step towards a rewarding career in the beauty industry. As a licensed cosmetologist, you will be responsible for leading a team of colorists to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of colorists to achieve sales and service goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and company assets to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational excellence and implement best practices
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Active cosmetology license in the state of employment
  • 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon environment
  • 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment
