Colorist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Colorist to join our team at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. As a Licensed Colorist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair color services to our guests, ensuring they leave our salon feeling confident and beautiful.

• Provide consultations and services to guests, including shampooing, conditioning, styling, and chemical services.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including our hair care products and unlimited roots memberships.
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay up-to-date on our products and service offerings.

• Active cosmetology license in the state where you are applying.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon environment.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
