Heating and Air Conditioning Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our team at Comfort Systems USA Southeast. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service and maintenance tasks on commercial HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assigned HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting tasks safely in commercial and industrial settings
- Service, diagnose, and troubleshoot various types of split systems, packaged rooftop, and chillers
- Utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC equipment as needed
- Complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks within an allotted time frame
- Operate company vehicle to complete service calls in a specified territory
- 5 or more years of experience repairing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC equipment
- EPA universal certification
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Experience with chilled water or boiler systems is preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (the company will provide if needed)
- Ability to pass a full background screening, MVR, and drug screening
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $25.00+/hr. based on qualifications and experience
