Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Qarbon Aerospace, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machines and equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic work
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Experience with CNC machines and various control systems
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of plumbing and carpentry systems
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 pounds)
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and climbing
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The employee must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
