Your Responsibilities
The Overnight Guest Service Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handling phone inquiries promptly and accurately, providing essential information.
  • Completing all tasks on the designated checklist by the end of your shift.
  • Coordinating room assignments, including special requests and VIP guests.
  • Maintaining key control and adhering to credit policies.
  • Processing lost and found items in accordance with established procedures.
  • Balancing the daily shift bank, including cash and credit transactions.
  • Monitoring room availability and managing the hotel’s selling status.
  • Participating in monthly departmental meetings.

What You Bring
We value previous experience in customer service or front desk roles. A high school diploma or GED is required. Additionally, you should possess:
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services.
  • A flexible schedule, with the ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple guest arrivals and departures.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and systems.
