We are in search of a motivated individual to become part of the River City Mortgage family as a Customer Service Specialist.

Daily Responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist:

  • Initiate calls to prospective clients and utilize scripts to convey information regarding RCM services.
  • Pose relevant questions to ascertain the needs of the customer.
  • Accurately document customer information within the computer system.
  • Exceed expectations to achieve lead and quality targets.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center setting.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets, particularly over the phone.
  • Exceptional telephone, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Results-driven and persistent.
  • Patient and capable of managing customer rejection.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to address customer service challenges.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer usage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time, evening shifts available.

Compensation: $22-$34+/hour, including bonuses.
