Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Acosta Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales and marketing metrics and identify trends and areas for improvement.
