Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and professionalism.
- Assist clients with their HVAC and plumbing needs, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Uphold our company's commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, with call center experience highly preferred.
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.
