Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage customer orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Planning, Production, and Shipping, to ensure seamless order processing
  • Proactively problem-solve customer order issues and expedite orders as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Two or more years of customer service or inside sales experience required
  • International shipping and logistics experience preferred
