We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Clinical Director to join our team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC in Portland, Oregon.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our residential treatment program for adults struggling with eating disorders. As an Assistant Clinical Director, you will play a vital role in managing clinical functions, enhancing the treatment process, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

You will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, providing leadership to clinical staff, facilitating effective communication among teams, and assisting in staff development and performance improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will prepare for audits and ensure high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Clinical Functions: Oversee the 24-hour management of all clinical functions of the facility, including admissions, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide effective leadership to clinical staff, ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and provide supervision for staff development.
  • Clinical Intake: Assist in overseeing the entire admission process and/or clinical intake process.
  • Audits and Compliance: Assist in preparing for Joint Commission and state audits as needed and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related services field, preferably knowledgeable in eating disorders.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience working with eating disorder clients.
  • Licensure: Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable.
  • CPR Certification: CPR certification required.
