FCS, Inc seeks an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our behavioral healthcare team in Vancouver, WA.

About the Role

This is a direct leadership position that requires a Master degree in Social Work and experience with inpatient psychiatric healthcare. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles and previous management experience at a director level. Independent licensure in the state of WA or willingness to obtain is also required.

Responsibilities

The Director of Clinical Services will oversee all clinical treatment programs for patients receiving treatment for psychiatric and substance abuse issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Key responsibilities include supervision of clinical staff, program development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Master degree in Social Work
  • Experience with inpatient psychiatric healthcare
  • Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles
  • Previous management experience at a director level
  • Independent licensure in the state of WA or willingness to obtain
