We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as the Medical Director at our behavioral health center. This clinical leadership role involves overseeing inpatient and outpatient services, program management, staff development and supervision. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Compensation Package

The compensation package includes a competitive salary of approximately $**250,000 per year**, a director stipend, malpractice insurance, relocation assistance, vacation time, CME reimbursement, health benefits, retirement plan, and a signing bonus. This generous package ensures that our Medical Director is well-supported and equipped to excel in their role.

About the Role

As Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading our team of psychiatrists and other providers in delivering exceptional patient care. You will oversee the development and implementation of programs and services, ensuring that we meet the needs of our diverse patient population. Your expertise and leadership will play a critical role in shaping the future of our behavioral health center.

Our behavioral health center serves a large and diverse community, with over 200,000 residents.
