Key Responsibilities

  • Safeguard company resources, including personnel, assets, and information systems.
  • Investigate incidents related to employee misconduct, fraud, workplace safety, and other critical events.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies, including medical, fire, weather-related, and security situations.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary.
  • Implement and uphold Loss Prevention policies, merchandise protection standards, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor access to the facility, verifying authorized personnel and managing visitor logs.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security vulnerabilities and safety concerns.

Qualifications

  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance consistently.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with associates, visitors, and vendors.
  • Demonstrate excellent written communication abilities and proficiency in standard office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Showcase conflict resolution and de-escalation skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to operate safety and security equipment, such as radios, fire extinguishers, surveillance systems, and access control devices.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

This role may require frequent sitting, standing, walking, and the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds. Duties may involve outdoor work in various weather conditions and during low-light hours.
