About the Role

Aramark is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Established Procedures: Ensure a safe working environment by following OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations.
  • Maintain a Clean Environment: Clean and organize assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards.
  • Clean and Maintain Equipment: Accurately maintain and clean housekeeping equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Report Maintenance Concerns: Identify and report maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel via work order requests.
  • Secure the Facility: Ensure the building is locked/unlocked as required and secure company assets.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous custodial experience preferred.
  • Safety Procedures: Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
  • Guest Service: Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
