Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Coordinator to manage the shipping and receiving components of our client's operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Process Shipments: Prepare daily outbound orders, print shipping labels, and audit and file inbound and outbound documents.
  • Manage Inventory: Receive and process product orders, distribute packages and letters within the company, and maintain accurate records of goods shipped and received.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Schedule LTL shipments, plan logistics, and ensure sufficient storage space for incoming items.
  • Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints, and manage issues in shipping or receiving.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to stand, walk, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 25lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
