In the capacity of Brand Manager, you will work closely with various departments within the organization, such as Nutrition, Sales, Purchasing, and Production, to design and execute brand strategies that align with our overarching objectives. This role is perfect for a creative and strategic individual who is enthusiastic about making a significant impact in a dynamic, growth-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute brand positioning strategies that promote growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee communication strategies, including advertising, content creation, and promotional initiatives.
- Drive product line expansion and manage innovative packaging projects.
- Evaluate and analyze key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness, ensuring flexibility to optimize outcomes and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to encourage innovation and ensure timely delivery of brand initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5-7 years of proven brand management experience within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline; advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Exceptional creative, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Skilled in relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics software (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.
