Job Description

EarthCam is a leading provider of webcam content, technology, and services. We are seeking a skilled Product and Client Relations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and extend relationships with clients who host EarthCam tourism live-streaming content.
  • Present and influence decision-making, business rationale, and key findings for leadership.
  • Ensure clients receive appropriate EarthCam resources from different departments.
  • Manage and curate the public camera network.
  • Advocate for new features and functions for websites and apps that help clients deliver live-streaming content.
  • Seek out opportunities for growth and revenue generation built around EarthCam's current live camera network.
  • Expand into new markets and growth verticals, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Use CRM tools to document and track progress and communication cadence with clients.
  • Manage media outreach for key industry press and product launches.
  • Manage messaging, coordination, and logistics for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Win strong industry placements and generate regular reports.
  • Drive website engagement, increase adoption, reduce churn, and manage upgrade strategy throughout the customer journey.
  • Track health metrics for existing clients and monitor top-of-funnel campaigns for new business.

Requirements:

  • Aptitude to explain and communicate technical functions and features.
  • Strategic thinker who can drive ongoing processes while managing tactical change.
  • High EQ, able to work effectively at all levels within organizations and with partners.
  • Understanding of marketing, PR, sales, and client development.
  • Well-versed with brand building, brand equity, and relevant metrics.
  • Results-focused, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Self-starter with a consistent record of successfully kick-starting new initiatives and driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years B2C or B2B experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
  • Previous experience in any of the following industries: tourism, commercial real estate, hospitality, international business, etc.
  • Experienced in building B2C experiences by digging into customer needs, research, and data.
  • Familiarity with experience design, including customer validation techniques and user research.
