Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Oversee total P&L responsibilities to meet financial objectives.
  • Participate in strategic planning and business meetings as necessary.
  • Facilitate open communication and conflict resolution among management and team members.
  • Collaborate with human resources on regional investigations and decision-making processes.
  • Supervise district managers, guiding them in hiring, promotions, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and government regulations across all locations.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on site selection and budget planning for new restaurants.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, labor, and food costs, collaborating with district managers to identify operational improvements.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility in the community.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience at various organizational levels, ideally at a regional level or higher.
  • Extensive multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in the pizza industry, overseeing at least 25 locations with multiple district managers reporting directly.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in restaurant operations, back-of-house functions, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong understanding of operational practices, procedures, and techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong training and delegation abilities to achieve results through others.
  • Ability to prepare and present ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, and motivate team members.
  • Capability to implement strategic initiatives successfully.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
  • Frequent hand washing and contact with various food products.
  • Proficient in using computers and office equipment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Exempt leaders are expected to fulfill job responsibilities in a timely manner to meet operational needs.
  • Must be available to support restaurants operating long hours throughout the week.
  • Willingness to travel locally and long distances as required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Certifications:

  • Food Safety Certification as per local regulations.
  • Food Handler's Certification.
