Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our community operations and provide exceptional resident-centered services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing policies, managing budgets, and overseeing the delivery of quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hospitality Focus: Ensure staff provides exceptional hospitality services, meeting and exceeding resident requests and needs.
  • Operating Margin: Achieve operating margin and cash flow goals, including budgeted revenue and expense targets.
  • Occupancy (Sales and Marketing): Lead the sales team to achieve marketing and occupancy goals.
  • Talent/Staffing: Interview, hire, train, evaluate, supervise, support, counsel, and develop management and staff teams.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age, have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and possess three or more years of successful operational experience in senior housing or hospitality.
  • Skills: Must be knowledgeable of federal and state industry regulations, have excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to read and interpret financial records and reports.
  • Additional Requirements: Must be able to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, benchmark, and direct staff to ensure high-quality resident care and services are delivered.
