Your Role

We are looking for a seasoned Manufacturing Director to oversee our operations in the production of vitamins and supplements. This pivotal role involves managing our cGMP-compliant manufacturing processes, which include blending, encapsulation, bottling, and labeling, while ensuring optimal use of resources and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing policies that enhance the organization's competitive edge and profitability.
  • Manage the manufacturing plan and establish procedures to uphold high operational standards.
  • Propose and execute strategic changes to improve manufacturing and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and ownership.
  • Organize departmental structures for maximum operational efficiency.
  • Create dashboards and KPIs to drive performance metrics.
  • Provide production updates to the executive team as needed.
  • Ensure all employees receive necessary safety training and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Maintain product quality and operational performance standards to maximize production.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technology to enhance innovation and compliance.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure operational supplies are consistently available.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrate versatility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Monitor team activities and address any issues proactively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a director role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for dietary supplements.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sectors is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Commitment to high standards and excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Work Environment
