Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team at MRC Restoration + Construction.

The ideal candidate must be a dependable and proactive problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and a master of multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and coordinating all support tasks/items for the office.
  • Act as reception by answering the office phone and greeting all guests. Send correspondence, run errands, pick up mail, coordinate shipping and returns.
  • Data entry, printing, and matching receipts to credit card bills. Assist in supply inventory and orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Support and coordinate meetings, events, and various projects.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative office experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
