About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at GENESYS Consulting Services, Inc. This is a permanent position that requires strong technical and business skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales and growth.
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients and partners within the assigned territory or market segment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 4 years of software sales engineering experience in the RCM, EHR, and EMR healthcare market.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with a proven track record of translating technical functionality into business value.
  • Experience in healthcare EMR, EHR, and knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement processes and regulatory requirements is preferred.
