Real Estate Sales Professional

Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team at Tami Holmes Realty. As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
* Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
* Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
* Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
* Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
* Educate clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience
* Be the authority on all things related to real estate and the selling/buying process
Qualifications:
* Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
* A consistent top performer in sales
* High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
* You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
* You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
* Real estate license or Actively working to acquire license (We can help you get one)
* Energized by an open-ended compensation plan
* Passionate about selling and helping people
* Provide world-class service
