Speech Language Pathologist for Home Health Setting

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Expert Healthcare. As a Home Health SLP, you will provide individualized therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them recover and improve their communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills following illness, injury, or surgery.

Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
  • Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • 1 year experience in home health setting required.
  • Oasis charting experience required. HomeCare HomeBase preferred.
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
