This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our process, develop expertise, and take on a leadership role as you master our systems and process. You'll be responsible for servicing existing clients, researching new business opportunities, supervising a team, and training new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through B2B relationships.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.

  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
