Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic field initiatives to support scientific and business objectives.
  • Lead the National Medical Science Liaison Team in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Support lifecycle management activities through communication of field insights and strategic data generation and dissemination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain regulatory and compliance expertise.
  • Participate in Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) and Medical Scientific Review Committee (MSRC) as needed.
Requirements:
  • PharmD, PhD, or MD required.
  • Minimum 10 years in a commercial life science company, including 5+ years as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).
  • Exceptional leadership/management skills, with 3-5 years of experience leading field-based MSL teams preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of applicable federal and state regulatory requirements for field-based scientific personnel.
  • Experience/expertise in interpretation of scientific data, market research, competitive intelligence tools, drug information systems, and developing medical educational strategies.
