Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, setting the standard for your team and ensuring consistent delivery of top-notch care.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes exceptional service.
  • Mentor and train customer service representatives, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to exceed customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our services and guide the team in recommending tailored solutions for our clients.
  • Maintain a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring the resort remains a safe and healthy haven for pets.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer service team and other departments, promoting seamless communication and teamwork.
