Job Description
As a Senior Business Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for driving large-scale transformation programs and navigating organizational change.
You will lead initiatives that drive innovation and improve business processes, working closely with multi-functional teams, business process owners, and executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Project Plans, Plans of Record, and drive activities to successful conclusion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive projects forward and achieve organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to improve business outcomes
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and maintain technical platforms, BI tools, and data warehouse solutions
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in business intelligence and data analytics
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for a candidate with:
- A Bachelor's Level Degree and proven experience of 7 years, or a Master's Level Degree and proven 3-5 years of experience
- Strong technical skills in enterprise applications, data analytics, and business intelligence
- Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R programming languages
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment manufacturers, medical equipment manufacturers, or similar industries
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and achieve organizational goals
