The Role: As a Business Development Representative, you'll be an integral part of our North America Sales team, working closely with Account Executives to build your career at Aircall through our Sales Career Track. This fast-paced role is an ideal entry point into sales within the SaaS space, offering opportunities to learn and grow alongside our Revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute outbound campaigns to book demos/meetings with relevant leads
  • Research and prospect ideal customers, gathering key lead information through open-ended questions and thoughtful conversations
  • Understand the business needs and buying cycle of leads, building preliminary relationships
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and the rest of the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle
