Executive Sales Representative, Business Development

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses focusing on advanced communications solutions. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop territory through local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
- Maintain quality sales records and prepare required reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and represent Comcast in a positive manner.
- New acquisition sales of commercial services to small and mid-size businesses.
- Generate new leads through various prospecting activities.
- Foster advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
- Identify improvement areas to enhance prospects' communication effectiveness.
- Effectively manage a high-activity territory with a comprehensive business plan.
- Collaborate with technical, customer service and support staffs for end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
- Maintain a qualified pipeline to meet monthly quotas.
- Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
