Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless execution of surgical procedures
  • Manage workflow and equipment to optimize efficiency and patient care
  • Provide education and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Prepare and verify supplies and equipment lists for surgical procedures
  • Act as a resource and mentor to team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course upon hire
  • 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty is preferred upon hire
