RN Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled RN Coordinator to join our team at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance Hospital. As a key member of our Operating Room team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Cardio-Thoracic and Vascular surgery cases.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with surgeons on procedures, schedules, and specific requests
- Coordinate workflow and equipment with vendors
- Assist staff with targeted in-services and unit-based education
- Monitor inventory, instruments, and equipment
- Prepare and verify supplies and equipment lists for surgical procedures
- Act as a board runner (charge nurse) when coverage is needed

Requirements- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course upon hire
- 1 year - Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
