Job Description

We are seeking an Office Assistant to support the success of our company, Classic Westchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft Correspondence and Documents: Develop and create formal documents, such as letters and reports, to facilitate communication and record-keeping.
  • Appointment and Event Planning: Schedule appointments and events, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.
  • Guest Services: Greet and assist onsite guests, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Telecommunications: Answer inbound telephone calls, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
  • Filing and Organization: Develop and implement organized filing systems, ensuring efficient access to information and maintaining a clutter-free workspace.
  • Additional Office Tasks: Perform a range of administrative duties, including data entry, mail distribution, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in office administration or related fields is essential.
  • Prioritization and Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
