We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Resource Foreman to join our team at Tremco. As a key member of our commercial roofing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our field service projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily safety briefs with the sales rep, customer, and WTI crew to ensure a safe working environment.
- Inspect equipment and tools, and identify and discuss any safety concerns with the team.
- Complete daily hazard analysis forms and submit to supervisors as applicable.
- Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any project, including communication with sales reps, WTI crew members, customers, and supervisors.
- Manage project schedules, production rates, and tool and material availability to ensure efficient project completion.
- Complete end-of-day and end-of-project walk-throughs to ensure quality repairs and address any issues prior to leaving the job site.
- Provide professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for customers.
- Order, track, and monitor inventory, and ensure quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
- Review pricing procedures for field service projects over $5,000, and submit projects over $20,000 to supervisors prior to submitting to sales reps or customers.
- Manage, monitor, and document performance of field resource reps, and take corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
- Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
- Thorough knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $25.16 to $31.45, depending on qualifications and experience.
