Job Summary

As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager with Tremco, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our roofing crew. This includes conducting safety briefs, inspecting equipment and surroundings, and ensuring all project communication is completed prior to the start of any project. You will also be responsible for managing crew start and end times, production rates, and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete projects safely and efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing end of day and/or end of project walk-throughs to ensure quality repairs and addressing any items prior to leaving the job site.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily onsite safety briefs prior to the start of the project
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools are safe and in good working order
Complete daily hazard analysis forms and submit to supervisors as applicable
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any project
Manage crew start and end times, production rates, and ensure tools and materials are available to complete projects safely and efficiently
Complete end of day and/or end of project walk-throughs to ensure quality repairs and addressing any items prior to leaving the job site
Ensure all WTI Field Reps have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer
Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed

Requirements

Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
