Job Title: Commercial Roofing Foreman

Are you a seasoned roofing professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic company? Tremco is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Commercial Roofing Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our roofing crew, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of commercial roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily safety briefs with the sales rep, customer, and crew to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inspect equipment and surroundings to identify and discuss any safety concerns.
  • Complete daily hazard analysis forms and submit to supervisors as applicable.
  • Manage project communication, including weekly and daily schedules, scope of work, and daily tasks.
  • Ensure efficient project management, including managing crew start and end times, production rates, and tool and material availability.
  • Complete end-of-day and end-of-project walk-throughs to ensure quality repairs and address any issues.
  • Send before and after pictures to the sales rep and provide daily project status updates.
  • Monitor and document performance of field resource reps and take corrective measures as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and steep slope roofing systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Tremco offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $25.16 to $31.45, depending on qualifications and experience.
