Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex problems to senior technicians as needed
- Document and track technical issues using our incident tracking system
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
