Remote Help Desk Opportunity

**About the Role**

Jobot is seeking a skilled Help Desk / Mobile Support Tech to join our team. As a member of our remote support team, you will provide technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues with their mobile devices and computer systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mobile devices and computer systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the field

**Requirements**

* 1-3+ years of Help Desk experience
* 1+ years of Mobile Device support specifically (Android)
* ServiceNow experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
