Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges to effectively position our marketing solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored marketing proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Manage and track leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.
  • Negotiate and close deals, addressing client objections and securing profitable contracts that align with both client expectations and company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, strategists, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze key performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous sales improvement.
Requirements
