Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Representative to join our team at Annette Burkhard - State Farm Agent. As an Office Representative, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their insurance and financial service needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Use a customer-focused approach to identify and understand customer needs, and provide them with relevant insurance and financial service solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Work closely with the agent team to achieve sales and marketing goals, and provide feedback and insights to improve our services.
- Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
