Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Representative to join our team at Annette Burkhard - State Farm Agent. As an Office Representative, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their insurance and financial service needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
