Job Summary:
A highly skilled Business Analytics Lead is required to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This senior role will oversee a team of professionals, developing and implementing data-driven strategies that enhance business growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage complex analytical models to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for success
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives and optimize business processes
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and external partners

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 8+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights
