Business Growth Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated Business Growth Coordinator to join our team in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive attendee registrations and deliver delegate sales results across 5 events per year.
As a sales professional, you will excel in this role by:
- Building and maintaining relationships with delegate prospects to promote the value of our events
- Selling the prospect of attending events to busy business leaders
- Developing and executing a plan to deliver the required audience for each event
- Leading others to make calls and deliver sales results as part of a team
You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your creativity and intellect are valued and respected. Our attendees love our VIP events, and we strive to provide them with something they'll value for years to come.
This is not a meeting planning or hotel position. Meeting planning or hotel experience is NOT a qualification for this sales role. Please do not apply if this isn't a position that fits your skills and experience.
The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission.

- Hybrid or 100% remote position option (some travel expected depending on role)
