We're seeking an Ecommerce Expansion Strategist to lead our charge in expanding our e-commerce presence, boosting sales, and elevating our brand on major platforms like Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute a comprehensive e-commerce expansion strategy, pinpointing high-potential markets and guiding the team through market entry.
- Own the launch and daily management of e-commerce operations in new markets, handling platform selection to logistics and customer service.
- Take a hands-on approach to marketplace set-up, launches, and process documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize every aspect of marketplace performance.
- Leverage relationships with e-commerce platform partners and agencies to unlock new opportunities and drive growth.
- Use data analytics to enhance marketplace performance, boost revenue, and expand market share.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce with a focus on marketplace management and expansion.
- Expertise in international e-commerce markets and hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA operations.
- A proven track record of driving significant sales growth and market share on e-commerce platforms.
- Mastery of e-commerce analytics, metrics, and P&Ls.
- Strong project management skills and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and data analysis tools.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
