Drive Explosive Growth as an Ecommerce Marketplace Growth Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Marketplace Growth Manager to join our team at Excelligence Learning Corporation. As a key member of our growth strategy team, you will be responsible for driving explosive growth across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive e-commerce marketplace expansion strategy, identifying high-potential markets and leading the team through market entry.
  • Own the launch and daily management of e-commerce operations in new markets, handling everything from platform selection to logistics and customer service.
  • Take a hands-on approach to marketplace set-up, launches, and process documentation, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, operations, and finance to optimize every aspect of marketplace performance.
  • Cultivate relationships with e-commerce platform partners and agencies to unlock new opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and drive growth.
  • Leverage data to enhance marketplace performance, particularly on Amazon, using insights to boost revenue, expand market share, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring e-commerce trends, policy changes, and emerging technologies that will help keep us one step ahead.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in e-commerce with a focus on marketplace management and expansion.
  • Expertise in international e-commerce markets and hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA operations.
  • A proven track record of driving significant sales growth and market share on e-commerce platforms.
  • Mastery of e-commerce analytics, metrics, and P&Ls.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Leadership skills that inspire and energize teams to reach new heights.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing and advertising, especially in the e-commerce space.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and generous paid time off. Estimated salary is around $150,000 based on location and industry standards.
