Client Consulting Specialist

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Client Consulting Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Advisory Services group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on real estate operations and investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review financial information and data to develop client deliverables, including market plans, process improvements, and management practices.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of fiscal impact of real estate transactions using net present value analysis, IRR, and company-specific processes.
- Present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to clients and develop strategic real estate plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to meet business unit real estate requirements and suggest initiatives to reduce costs and increase value for clients.
- Develop reports to encourage optimization across various activities, including organizational design, process improvement, and management practices.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of job subject areas and broad knowledge of several job fields within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, working to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
- Real Estate license, as required by the State.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new point of view on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
