Violations Review Specialist

Sensys Gatso USA is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Violations Processing Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing photographic and evidential data to process vehicle violations and create notices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review photographic and video evidence of vehicle violations
- Determine the validity of a violation using industry guidelines and client requirements
- Manage violation rules to ensure compliance with client requirements
- Access registered owner and vehicle information
- Develop strong working relationships with team members
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, or a similar role
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and meet hourly quotas
- Professionalism and ability to work well in a team environment
- Quality driven, strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
