Insurance Sales Representative

We are a Financial Services Agency partnered with Symmetry Financial Group, offering financial planning through life insurance, retirement planning, and more. Our agents work from home, setting their own schedules, and can choose between part-time and full-time openings.

Our daily activities involve calling leads to book appointments, preparing quotes with uplines and carriers, and meeting with clients via phone or Zoom to discuss quotes and assist with the application process. We also evaluate client needs and re-set appointments with our in-house advanced markets specialist for additional client needs, allowing our agents to earn passive income.

Once we help a family with their life insurance needs, they become clients for life. This means our agents follow their applications through to approval, review policies with clients, and assist with further needs, including life insurance claims upon death.

This is a 1099 Commission Only Position, offering a unique opportunity to kickstart your life insurance career with the right company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call prospects to schedule appointments
  • Prepare quotes with uplines and carriers
  • Present quotes to clients
  • Assist clients with the application process

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be currently living and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have a State Approved Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one
