Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the operational activities of our healthcare team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Current California RN license
  • 3 years of experience in a charge or nursing supervision or management position, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • BCLS and ACLS certification
  • CPI/AB508 certification within 90 days of hire date
