Job Summary

This position serves as the overall Quality Control Lead for the region or business unit in which they are based. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards, while also providing technical assistance and support to project teams and general contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and identify potential quality issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to project teams and general contractors as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality control procedures are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in concrete construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
