Management Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our management team as a Management Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Subway restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Monitor scheduling of employees, manage employee payroll, and oversee new hire paperwork.
• Training and Development: Train employees to perform their job duties efficiently and accurately, and consult employees on policy and procedure violations.
• Customer Service: Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
• Inventory Management: Determine food needs for the day/week, complete weekly food orders, and take weekly inventory of the store.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, and maintain proper health standards.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, regional managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment preferred.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, intermediate math skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Availability: Must be available to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
